Precautions for using the multifunctional profile bending machine:

1、 Return the adjustment wheel, re insert the material for bending, use the foot switch to start the adjustment wheel and move forward until it automatically stops

2、 Adjust the limit bolt according to the size of the bending arc, and adjust the hexagonal head of the bolt to the right to reduce the curvature and to the left to increase the curvature

3、 After adjusting the curvature size, the locking nut begins to work

4、 When the diameter of the bending radius is small, the driving wheel first releases the material, then presses it, and starts the working wheel. When the bending radius is large, after the curvature is adjusted, the working wheel rotates first, and then the material can be directly fed for work

5、 After connecting the power, confirm the direction of rotation of the motor and rotate it in the direction indicated by the arrow

6、 Put the material into the two working slots, and then click the forward adjustment button to make the adjustment wheel press the material forward, and determine the size of top note according to the required radian

7、 The commissioning radian shall be adjusted from large to small in several steps. When the required radian is approached, the adjusting wheel shall not be returned, and the scale position shall be maintained. Then, the adjusting bolt at the limiter shall be adjusted, and the hexagonal head of the bolt shall be extended toward the contact of the limit switch until the contact is pressed and the click sound is heard
