3.1 Precautions for use

3.1.1 Precautions for using this instrument

There are many plastic parts in this instrument, please use a dry and soft cloth to wipe them when cleaning. Do not use chemicals such as benzene or banana water for cleaning, as it may cause discoloration or deformation.

Please do not place live parts near the signal terminals as it may cause malfunctions.

Please do not impact this form.

If you confirm that there is smoke, odor, or abnormal noise coming from the instrument panel, please immediately cut off the power supply and contact our company in a timely manner.

To ensure the normal operation of the instrument measurement, please turn on the heating machine for 30 minutes before use

3.1.2 Precautions for using external storage media

The storage medium is a precision product, please use it with caution.

Please close the silicone cover during operation, except for inserting and removing storage media. Storage media and USB interfaces should reduce contact with dust for protection.

Please pay attention to electrostatic protection when using USB flash drives and TF cards.

We recommend using our company's external storage products.

For general usage precautions of storage media, please refer to the user manual that comes with the storage media being used.

3.2 Instrument installation

3.2.1 Installation site

Please install in the following location.

To be installed indoors and able to avoid wind, rain, and direct sunlight.

A well ventilated place

To prevent the internal temperature of this instrument from rising, please install it in a well ventilated area.

Places with less mechanical vibration

Please choose a location with less mechanical vibration for installation.

When installing this instrument in a horizontal position, please do not tilt it to the left or right, try to tilt it horizontally as much as possible (it can tilt backwards by up to 30 °).

pay attention to

Move the instrument from a place with low temperature and humidity to a place with high temperature and humidity. If the temperature changes greatly, condensation may occur, and measurement errors may occur when the thermocouple is input. At this point, please adapt to the surrounding environment for at least 1 hour before use.

If used for a long time under high temperature conditions, it will shorten the lifespan of the LCD (reduce image quality, etc.). Please try not to use it under high temperature conditions (approximately 40 ℃ or above).

Please do not install in the following locations.

● Places where direct sunlight shines and near heating appliances

Please choose a place with minimal temperature changes and close to room temperature (23 ℃) as much as possible. If the instrument is installed in a place directly exposed to sunlight or near a heating device, it will have a negative impact on the interior of the instrument.

Places with high levels of oil fumes, steam, moisture, dust, corrosive gases, etc

Oil fumes, steam, moisture, dust, corrosive gases, etc. can have adverse effects on instruments.

● Near the electromagnetic source

Please do not place magnetic instruments or magnets near this instrument. If this instrument is installed near a strong electromagnetic field source, display errors may occur due to the influence of the magnetic field.

To avoid abnormal operation of the instrument, it is necessary to maintain a distance of at least 20cm from the instrument when using the RF generator on site

● Places that are not convenient for viewing the image

The display section of this instrument uses a 7-inch TFT true color LCD, which may be difficult to see from an extremely biased angle. Therefore, please try to install it in a place where the observer can view it from the front.
