Working principle of mobile telescopic conveyor

The mobile telescopic conveyor mainly consists of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly fitted onto them. The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the drive drum (transmission drum); Another drum that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called a reversing drum. The driving drum is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt of the telescopic belt conveyor is dragged by the frictional force between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The driving drum is usually installed at the discharge end to increase traction and facilitate dragging. The material is fed into the feeding end and falls onto the rotating conveyor belt of the telescopic belt conveyor. It is transported to the unloading end by the friction of the conveyor belt. The telescopic belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly fitted on them.
