The mobile phone free fall test machine is a device that fixes the test sample without packaging, with a randomly attached battery in a turned off state, on the test equipment. It can be freely dropped from a high place onto a steel plate surface. Except for surface scratches and small pits, the function, appearance, and assembly should meet the requirements of relevant standards.
This machine adopts electric lifting and pneumatic drop structure, with accurate and fast lifting positioning, and real and effective drop; Equipped with a dedicated pneumatic fixture (adjustable stroke), the front end of the fixture is equipped with silicone rubber (to avoid damaging the product or operator), which can be used for drop testing of various specifications of mobile phones; The drop height is driven by a motor and adjusted up and down by a precision screw drive, ensuring smooth operation and low noise. It does not require manual movement and is equipped with a scale to accurately determine the drop height of the component. The product can be dropped from different angles.
