1. General precautions:

working principle
Start the motor to drive the conveyor belt and put the machine into automatic operation. The material is manually placed on the positioning rack on the right side of the machine. When the material reaches the positioning fiber, the COGNEX Vision System is triggered to take an image and analyze it. The image and analysis results are transmitted in real time to the PC for display, and the detection results are output to the PLC as good or scrap signals. The PLC controls the cylinder action based on the detection results of the COGNEX Vision System, and places the products into the good product box and the waste box respectively.
During the detection process, the COGNEX Vision System communicates in real-time with the PC, displaying the detection results and product counts of each button. If Pass and a green indicator are displayed after the button identifier on the screen, it indicates that the button is in good condition; If Fail and yellow indicator are displayed, it indicates that the button is not qualified. But as long as one or more buttons are unqualified, the overall test result, namely Final Result, will display Fail and a yellow indicator.
During the work process, total counting, good product counting, and scrap counting are performed on the tested products.
