Mobile Keyboard Quality Inspection SystemThis detection system is suitable for detecting the keyboard keys of mobile phones. By calling the corresponding detection program according to different models of mobile phone keyboards, the detection of the corresponding mobile phone keyboard keys can be completed (currently only suitable for detecting one type of MOTOROLA, other specifications must be reprogrammed). The detection system can easily and quickly adjust the speed according to different models of mobile phone keyboards to achieve the fastest detection speed.

The detection system adopts mature printing online detection system technology as the visual detection core, compares and judges the detected image with the standard template, communicates the compared data and results with the PC in real time and displays them on the screen. At the same time, it outputs a signal to the PLC for qualified and unqualified products, and the PLC controls the cylinder to classify the products. During the detection process, an alarm is triggered when a single scrap is detected (the green alarm light flashes once and the buzzer sounds once every time a scrap is detected) and when continuous scrap is detected (during automatic detection, the red alarm light flashes until a good product is detected or the operator presses the stop button when 10 scrap products are continuously detected). The main transmission of the machine adopts a stepless electronic speed regulating motor, which can adjust the running speed of the belt arbitrarily. However, due to the COGNEX Vision System currently used in the system, its calculation speed is relatively long, and it takes about 550ms from trigger detection to calculation output result. Therefore, a moderate speed is recommended. Too fast a conveying speed will cause the detection result of the upper product to not be output before the next product is triggered again, resulting in misjudgment.
matters needing attention
1. General precautions:

working principle
Start the motor to drive the conveyor belt and put the machine into automatic operation. The material is manually placed on the positioning rack on the right side of the machine. When the material reaches the positioning fiber, the COGNEX Vision System is triggered to take an image and analyze it. The image and analysis results are transmitted in real time to the PC for display, and the detection results are output to the PLC as good or scrap signals. The PLC controls the cylinder action based on the detection results of the COGNEX Vision System, and places the products into the good product box and the waste box respectively.
During the detection process, the COGNEX Vision System communicates in real-time with the PC, displaying the detection results and product counts of each button. If Pass and a green indicator are displayed after the button identifier on the screen, it indicates that the button is in good condition; If Fail and yellow indicator are displayed, it indicates that the button is not qualified. But as long as one or more buttons are unqualified, the overall test result, namely Final Result, will display Fail and a yellow indicator.
During the work process, total counting, good product counting, and scrap counting are performed on the tested products.
