The working principle of mining bag filter:
The dusty gas enters the filter room of the quarry dust collector equipment equipped with filter bags through the inlet. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust duct and the air surface. As the dust on the filter bag thickens, the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise. When it reaches a certain level (usually 1500-1800pa), in order to ensure the continued operation of the dust collector, dust cleaning is required. The filter bags of the dust collector are arranged in a straight line, and each row of filter bags is equipped with a pulse valve to control the compressed air pulse cleaning. The action of the pulse valve is controlled by the program. During dust cleaning, the dust cleaning controller sends a command to release compressed air of 0.5-0.7Mpa at the moment of action of the pulse valve. Compressed air is injected into the filter bag at high speed through the small hole on the spray pipe facing the filter bag. At the same time, it induces a secondary airflow several times that of compressed air, producing an instantaneous shock wave that propagates downward along the entire length of the filter bag. By utilizing this mechanism, the dust accumulated outside the filter bag falls down from the filter bag, and the clumped dust falls into the hopper. The duration of the pulse can be adjusted to suit the various characteristics of different dust.

1. The bag filter in the mine adopts the technology of segmented air stop pulse blowing for dust cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented back blowing dust collectors. It has strong dust cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits.

Due to the use of split chamber air stop pulse spraying for thorough cleaning, the cleaning cycle is extended and the energy consumption for cleaning is reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.
3. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the keel, extending the life of the bag, and facilitating bag unloading.
4. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after extracting the bag cage during bag replacement, the dirty bags are put into the lower ash hopper of the box and removed from the manhole, improving the operating conditions for bag replacement.
5. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses good sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a low air leakage rate.
6. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.
