1、 Main purpose and scope of application
This testing machine is specifically designed for static load anchoring performance testing of prestressed fixtures and anchors. It can detect the static load anchoring efficiency coefficient of steel strand anchor assemblies and the total strain when reaching the measured ultimate tensile force. This testing machine is mainly used in fixture and anchor production enterprises, highway construction, construction quality inspection stations and other units for quality inspection and scientific research. This testing machine is based on the enterprise standard Q/01JSJ050-2009 "Static Load Anchoring Testing Machine" of Jinan Touching Group Co., Ltd.
2、 Performance characteristics
This machine is an integrated product of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and computer components. The main unit uses hydraulic loading to apply test force to the anchor components. The magnitude of the test force is measured by sensors, data is collected by measurement and control cards, and the test force and test curve are displayed on the computer screen. This machine can strictly follow the relevant provisions of national standards GB/T14370-2007 "Anchors, Fixtures, and Connectors for Prestressed Steel Strands", JT329.1-1997 "YM Anchors and Connectors Specification Series for Highway Bridge Prestressed Steel Strands", and JT329.2-1997 "Test Methods and Inspection Rules for Anchors and Connectors for Highway Bridge Prestressed Steel Strands" for quality inspection of anchors and fixtures. The electrical measurement and software data processing parts both adopt contemporary advanced technology, with a high level of technical expertise and stable and reliable product performance.

Test force measurement:

Deformation measurement system:

4、 Structural features and working principle
1. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the overall appearance of the testing machine. The machine consists of a main unit, a measurement and control system, hydraulic tensioning equipment, and protective devices.

2. Host part:
Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the host structure, consisting of a tensioning jack 1, a left crossbeam 2, a column 3, a protective device 4, a right crossbeam 5, a nut 6, a hollow sensor 7, and a piston displacement measurement device. The fixed frame is composed of the left crossbeam 2, the right crossbeam 5, four columns 3, and a fastening nut 6. The tensioning jack 1 and the hollow sensor 7 are respectively fixed on the left and right crossbeams. The fixed end of the piston displacement measuring device is connected to the left crossbeam, and the moving end is connected to the piston of the jack to measure the displacement of the piston.
