Working principle of mesh belt dryer
Mesh belt dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment, with main heating methods including electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. The main principle is to evenly spread the materials on a mesh belt, which uses 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt and is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device. Hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the drying mechanism can be divided into multiple layers, commonly including two chamber three layer, two chamber five layer, with a length of 6-40m and an effective width of 0.6-3.0m
