The UV system should be able to be installed in open channels. To ensure disinfection effectiveness, the rated total power of the UV disinfection module's lamp tube should meet the design radiation dose. The entire system is constructed as follows:
(1) Number of UV disinfection module groups in each open channel: 1 group (can be adjusted by the bidder according to their system situation).
(2) The number of lamps in each UV lamp module is determined by the manufacturer based on their system conditions. All light tubes are parallel to each other and arranged uniformly, with the light tubes flowing downstream in the direction of the water flow. All lamp tubes and lamp tube electrodes are completely submerged in sewage, and the lamp tubes are naturally cooled by sewage to ensure safety.
(3) Distribution center: At least one distribution center including ballasts and power supply components.
(4) System Control Center: At least one UV system control center that includes on-site control systems and communication interfaces for remote monitoring and control.
(5) Cleaning system: The lamp tube cleaning adopts mechanical automatic cleaning, which can achieve accurate mechanical movement through the mechanical structure of piston, sliding guide rod and drag rod, ensuring the cleaning effect. In addition, various water plants, garbage, and other debris that cannot be automatically cleaned by machinery will be suspended on the UV system rack. The system lamp rack can be manually cleaned, maintained, and cleared of debris by leaving the water regularly.
(6) Pneumatic system
Provide all components of a pneumatic system that supplies the power required for an automatic cleaning system, including a compressor, gas tank, air distribution system, cylinder, and other pneumatic transmission components for cleaning quartz sleeves.
