The pharmaceutical mixing drum is mainly composed of a tank body, a bracket, a motor, an impeller, and a transmission shaft. The electric motor drives the impeller to rotate through the belt, and the impeller shaft drives the impeller to work. The slurry and flotation reagents circulate in the tank under the centrifugal force and lift generated by the impeller, so that the reagents are evenly distributed in the slurry.
At the same time as stirring the slurry, the impeller of the mixing bucket uses its own centrifugal force to suck in the slurry from the inlet below and throw it out, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting the slurry. To ensure the lifting height of the slurry, it is necessary to pay attention to the time slot size between the impeller and the bottom plate. Generally, the gap should be adjusted between 6-1 Omm.
