overview
Mechanical accelerated clarification tank mixing and scraper are used in the accelerated clarification tank of water supply engineering. The raw water mixture that has been mixed with coagulant and the active sludge in the clarification tank form sludge reflux and contact reaction through the lifting effect of clarification mixing, forming larger flocs, which are separated by sedimentation in the separation chamber. The remaining sludge is scraped and collected by the scraper to the sludge discharge hopper and discharged under static water pressure.
applicability
1. Suitable for clarification treatment of drinking water and industrial water.
2. Suspended solids content in inflow:
(1) No mechanical scraping: generally not exceeding 1000mg/L, and not exceeding 3000mg/L in a short period of time
(2) Mechanical sludge scraping at a concentration of 1000-5000mg/L should not exceed 10000mg/L in a short period of time. When suspended solids frequently exceed 5000mg/L, a pre settling tank should be added.
(3) The turbidity of the effluent is generally not greater than 10mg/L and not greater than 50mg/L in a short period of time.
(4) The temperature change of the inlet water shall not exceed 2 ℃ per hour.
