The manufacturer of DN200 self-cleaning filters shall conduct tests and inspections on the materials, connections, assembly, processes, overall and functional aspects of the equipment during the manufacturing process to ensure full compliance with the requirements of this specification and confirmed design drawings.

The manufacturer of the DN200 self-cleaning filter has the right to inspect the quality management of the equipment, including the records of equipment testing, at any time during the contract execution period. If deemed necessary by the ordering party, they may supervise the production process in the factory, and the manufacturer shall provide convenience for work and life.

In order to ensure product quality, the qualifications of all manufacturers and subcontractors of the supporting products within the scope of supply must be confirmed by the ordering party before they can be adopted.

Imported parts are imported according to the process requirements, and are organized and supplied by the manufacturer, but the supplier must be approved by the ordering party.

If any products or accessories that do not meet the requirements of this specification are found during the product supervision, inspection, and acceptance process of the DN200 self-cleaning filter, the manufacturer must promptly repair or replace them until they meet the requirements of this specification. In the process of product production, if any operation is found to be inconsistent with the quality assurance documents of the ordering party and may affect the product quality, the manufacturer must promptly correct it and produce according to the quality assurance procedures.

The manufacturer has no right to manufacture the DN200 self-cleaning filter until the drawing is confirmed by the ordering party, unless they receive a notice of waiver from the ordering party.

The review of drawings and data by the DN200 self-cleaning filter manufacturer or waiver of this right does not relieve the manufacturer of their responsibility to meet this specification.
