6、 Steps of chloramphenicol detection method

Sample Processing

1. Take over 100g of representative sample and crush it. Weigh 3.0g of evenly crushed sample and add it to a 15mL centrifuge tube.

2. Accurately add 5mL of reagent A to a 15mL centrifuge tube, seal the bottle cap tightly, and mix the sample up and down for 3 minutes.

3. Centrifuge the above sample at 4000rpm for 3 minutes, take 3mL of supernatant and transfer it to a 10mL centrifuge tube. Blow dry it under nitrogen (air) in a water bath at 50-60 ℃.

4. Add 0.5mL of reagent B and 0.3mL of diluent, mix well, let it stand until the liquid is clearly stratified (or centrifuge at 4000rpm for 3 minutes), and test the lower layer of liquid.

[Testing steps]

1. Before use, restore the detection card and the sample solution to room temperature, remove the detection card from the packaging bag, and lay it flat.

2. Add 5 drops of the test solution into the sample well using a disposable dropper.

3. After adding the sample, start timing and observe the results within 5-8 minutes. After 8 minutes, the interpretation is invalid.
