The MS-UQZ magnetic levitation ball liquid level controller consists of three parts: magnetic levitation ball, sensor, and transmitter. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the conduit with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel inside the float attracts the reed switch at the corresponding position in the sensor, causing the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor to change. Then, the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into a 4-20mA current signal output. And upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to achieve positional control of the liquid level.
MS--UQZStructure principle of magnetic levitation ball liquid level controller:
It consists of two parts: a liquid level sensor and an intelligent HART board (current converter). The float changes synchronously with the liquid level, controlling the suction and disconnection of the reed switch, so that the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly. The converter then converts the resistance change into a 4-20mA standard current signal and superimposes it with the HART digital signal output.

2. The maximum and zero points can be adjusted locally by pressing the button;
3. This intelligent instrument can be used for double-sided communication with a HART communication handheld device or microcomputer without interrupting the output signal. It is suitable for explosion-proof or inconvenient instrument disassembly places to access or modify measurement, process parameters, equipment configuration, calibration, and diagnostic information of the instrument through the HART protocol;
4. Bidirectional communication with the host in a distributed control system using the HART protocol;
5. Equipped with EEPROM, data will not be lost due to power failure.

Press the key to unlock
Press the [Z] and [S] keys simultaneously for more than 5 seconds to unlock (LCD screen displays: OPEN)。
PV value reset to zero
(i.e. zero position adjustment)
Place the float directly on the zero position, press the key to unlock, and then press the [Z] and [S] keys simultaneously for more than 2 seconds to set the current PV value to 0 (LCD screen displays: PV=0) If the deviation between the current PV value and the 0 value exceeds 50% FS, resetting the PV value is invalid (LCD screen displays: PVER)
4mA point active migration
Key zeroing: Place the float in the zero position, press the [Z] key for 2 seconds, and the transmitter will output 4mA current to complete the zeroing operation. (LCD screen display: LSET)
20mA point active migration
Button full adjustment: Place the float in the full position, press the [S] button for 2 seconds, and the transmitter outputs 20mA current to complete the full adjustment operation. (LCD screen display: HSET)
Transmitter data recovery
Press the [Z] key first, then turn on the power, and continue to hold down [Z] for more than 5 seconds. If the LCD screen displays OK, it means that the transmitter data has been restored to the factory state. Release the key to restore it. If the LCD displays FAIL, it means that the transmitter has not been backed up and cannot be restored to the factory state.
If no button is pressed within 2 minutes, the transmitter button will automatically lock. To operate, it needs to be unlocked again. The above operation can be achieved by using the zero key [Z] and the full key [S]. The operation instructions for the two button transmitter motherboard buttons are the same as above. Adjustment can also be achieved by displaying an external ammeter without a header.
2. Measurement parameter settings
When setting measurement parameters, continuously pressing the function key 【 M 】 will display ZERO, SPRN, DPMP, DISP, FIX C in sequence. Finally, press the function key to confirm and exit the setting state to restore the display state.
