Magnetic float level gauge (magnetic flap level gauge)
Working principle:Magnetic float level gauge, also known as magnetic flap level gauge, uses the magnetic displacement generated by its internal magnetic float with the change of liquid level to cause the red and white magnetic flap column in the liquid level window to rotate (180 ℃) to indicate the height of the liquid level. When the float rises, the magnetic flap column changes from white to red, and when the float falls, it changes from red to white. Red always indicates the height of the liquid level. Technical features: 1. The liquid medium and measurement indicator are completely isolated. 2. It can be used to measure and display the liquid level of corrosive, flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive, and turbid liquids. 3. The measurement results can be transmitted remotely through the circuit, achieving remote control and detection. In addition to the basic type, there are various forms such as anti frost type, anti-corrosion type, electric heating type, insulation type, high temperature type, etc.
Measurement range: customized according to user requirements (minimum 200mm for a single piece, maximum 6000mm, ultra long segmented manufacturing) Material: 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L, PVC/PP, stainless steel lined with PTFE Working pressure: 0-10MPa (side mounted) 0-2.5MPa (top mounted) Working temperature: -40 ℃~400 ℃ (side mounted) -40 ℃~200 ℃ (top mounted) Medium density: ≥ 0.35g/cm3 (Side mounted) ≥ 0.5g/cm3(Top mounted) Installation form: flange connection, threaded connection, butt welding Display type: on-site display, 4-20mA signal output, switch output Other functions: Explosion proof, Frost proof, Thermal insulation, Thermal insulation, Electric heating, Steam heating Other instructions:1. The installation of flanges must specify the specifications and standards according to user requirements. The installation flange of the top mounted liquid level gauge is generally larger than DN80, and the larger the measurement length, the larger the flange diameter requirement. 2. Due to the material characteristics, PP/PVC level gauges are commonly used with a working pressure of 0-0.6MPa, a maximum working pressure of 1.0MPa, and a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 80 ℃ Stainless steel top mounted liquid level gauge with a maximum working pressure of 2.5MP
