DESCRIPTION

1Basic purpose:

Purpose: To achieve automatic attachment of adhesive labels and films on the circular and small conical surfaces of products that cannot stand steadily;
Function: High efficiency, accurate positioning, good quality, and high stability in product labeling and film application; To avoid a series of problems such as low efficiency of manual labeling and film application, skewed, blistered, and wrinkled attachment, and irregular attachment positions; Effectively reduce product costs, improve product labeling aesthetics, and increase product competitiveness.

2Scope of application:

Applicable labels: self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive films, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, etc;

Applicable products: It is required to attach a circular tubular body that cannot stand on the circumferential surface;

Application industries: widely used in daily chemical, electronic, pharmaceutical, hardware, plastic, cosmetics and other industries;

Application examples: Solid rubber bottle labeling, penicillin bottle labeling, eye medicine water bottle, ampoule bottle, pen holder labeling and other labeling machines.

4Working process:

●Operating instructions:

Core working principle: The bottle separation wheel separates the products and places them on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the products passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, and the labeling belt drives the product to rotate. The label is rolled over, and the labeling action of one label is completed;

Operation process: Place the product (in the drop box) ->Separate the product and place it on the conveyor belt (automatically implemented by the equipment) ->Product conveying (automatically implemented by the equipment) ->Labeling (automatically implemented by the equipment) ->Labeling (automatically implemented by the equipment) ->Collect the labeled products.
