MS7044 on-site power signal input isolator (two in, two out)

1、 Characteristics
Provide a driving voltage of 16.5-28V to the transmitter.
Isolate and transmit the 4-20mA signal of the transmitter.
You can choose to output 4-20mA or 1-5V signals, or other required DC signals.
Modular core design, no need for zero and full adjustment.
Equipped with a working power indicator light.
● Dual channel, two isolated inputs and two isolated outputs, input circuit short circuit protection.
● Plug and unplug terminal block, DIN rail card installation.
2、 Description
① The MS7044 on-site power (distribution) signal isolator provides isolated power voltage to the transmitter on site through two independent input channels, and converts and processes the 4-20mA signal generated by the transmitter through this isolator. The required DC signal is isolated and output to the control system or other intelligent instruments through two independent channels.
② This isolator requires independent power supply, with electromagnetic isolation between the power supply input circuit output circuit.

● Installation
1.35mm standard DIN rail card installation. Please pay attention to the stability and firmness of the card position during installation.
2. Install vertically as much as possible to facilitate heat dissipation inside the instrument.
● Typical applications
1. Used to provide distribution voltage to on-site transmitters and isolate and convert input signals.
2. Devices connected to the site: Active electrical signals from two-wire or three wire non smart transmitters.
3. Connect to the control system (or other unit combination instruments): The AI card of each DCS/PLC receives current or voltage signals.

Terminal wiring: Plug and unplug terminal blocks, connected by self boosting spring type compression. The cross-sectional area of the wire shall not exceed 2.5mm²Multiple bundles or single stranded cables.
