The Apogee MQ-501 handheld photosynthetically active radiometer uses the same new generation photon probe as the MQ-500, which is very suitable for measuring with a better spectral response range. It can cover the spectral range of 389nm~692nm (± 5nm) and has a range of up to 4000 μ mol/m2/s. It is very suitable for measuring the accuracy of artificial light sources such as LED, and can better meet the measurement needs of natural light and artificial light sources.
MQ-501 adopts AM-001 probe fixed card board, which enables the probe to be stably fixed on the back horizontal plane of the recorder, and adopts short line design, which is very suitable for on-site sampling point measurement.
MQ-501 can be used for measuring photon flux density (PPFD) in natural outdoor environments, greenhouses, and artificial climate chambers, as well as for measuring artificial light sources such as LED and incandescent lamps.
