The 120GHz THz frequency modulated continuous wave radar adopts a scanning bandwidth of 10GHz and is implemented by FPGA chip hardware for fast Fourier transform calculation. The R&D team creatively applied diffraction wave separation and spectrum refinement algorithms to achieve measurement accuracy of 0.217mm (theoretical value) within 50 meters and a static vertical reflection surface distance resolution of 8mm.
