Performance characteristics
■Good mixing uniformity and high production efficiency
The single-layer blade rotor structure enables efficient mixing of materials. Generally, the coefficient of variation (CV) of mixing uniformity is ≤ 5% within 90S-180S, improving production efficiency.
■Low residual rate
The mixing chamber is pear shaped, and compared to other forms of mixing chambers such as W-shaped and U-shaped mixing chambers, its residual rate is lower;
The length of the discharge port and mixing chamber of the mixer are equal, and their opening width has been optimized to ensure fast and clean discharge, reducing residual rate;
The mixing bin is fully welded and polished, without any screws, nuts or other fasteners, reducing residual rates and facilitating cleaning.
■Welding type casing improves the rigidity of the entire machine
Adopting a welded body structure significantly improves the sealing performance and enhances the rigidity of the entire machine;
Both sides of the discharge door are equipped with door opening and closing drive devices, and the door end is equipped with a fastening drive device. The rigidity of the door body is strengthened to improve the support rigidity and working stability of the discharge door, ensuring that there is no material leakage when the discharge door is closed.
■New shaft end sealing structure with good sealing effect
The shaft end seal adopts a special gas seal, and there is no friction between the shaft and the sealing ring, ensuring no leakage and no contamination of the mixture. The sealing ring does not need to be replaced for many years.
■Human machine safety, easy cleaning and maintenance
There is a safety interlock switch outside the cleaning door, which has high safety and ensures the safety of the operator.
■Beautiful and atmospheric
Except for the bearing seat, all other parts of the whole machine are made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and elegant.
