Component Introduction
MDO unit
The MDO longitudinal stretching unit consists of a preheating roller group, an S-shaped stretching roller group, a shaping roller group, and a cooling roller group. Each roller adopts independent temperature control and independent driving control. The tension sensor is matched at the entrance of the stretching device to achieve tension closed-loop control.
Type III winding
The winding device adopts a modular design and has multiple winding functions, which can adapt to winding materials with different characteristics. It can also adapt to the exchange of 3 or 6-inch winding shafts and has a pre acceleration function for winding shafts, which can reduce tension fluctuations during winding and provide high-quality winding. Equipped with automatic film cutting, automatic roll changing, automatic unwinding, automatic length counting, and fully automatic taper tension control. The fully automatic taper tension control system can provide feedback based on the surface tension of the measured film and achieve automatic tracking, improving the flatness of the film winding. Effectively reducing the labor intensity of manual labor, reducing the amount of waste generated during manual coil replacement, improving work efficiency, and enhancing safety performance.
control system
The whole machine adopts a modular design, with independent control of the unwinding machine, stretching system, traction system, and winding machine system. It is driven by Siemens PLC controller and Siemens frequency converter from Germany.
