1、 Overview
The MCC type pulse single machine bag filter is an advanced bag (filter cartridge) dust collector among similar products in China. This type of dust collector uses high-pressure (0.5~0.7MPa) high flow pulse valves to spray and clean the dust from each row of filter bags. It has the characteristics of high kinetic energy and high cleaning efficiency. And it has a small volume, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external or internal filter). It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing as a dust containing gas purification system, making it an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
2、 Construction and working principle
1. Single machine bag (filter cartridge) dust collector structure
The device mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Box body: including bag chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag (filter cartridge), filter bag skeleton, maintenance door, box body design with a pressure resistance of 5000Pa.
(2) Spray system: including main air pipe, spray pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
(3) There are four forms of ash discharge: one is the ash hopper type, the other is the double butterfly valve type, the third is the spiral output type, and the fourth is the electric air shut-off fan (air shut-off device) type.
2. Working principle
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean gas chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean gas chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to continuously rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag filter can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be regularly removed. Dust cleaning is a process in which the pulse valve is activated by the program controller in a timed sequence to compress air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the air bag. The compressed air (referred to as primary air) is then blown out through the holes of the blowing tube and induced into the filter bag through the Venturi tube. The surrounding air (referred to as secondary air), which is several times the primary air, rapidly expands in an instant and is shaken off by the opposite direction of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.

1. Model Description
This single machine is divided into two types: circular and square, each with multiple specifications and models. The minimum is one filter cartridge or 4 filter bags, and the maximum is 20 filter cartridges or 128 filter bags. For larger filtration areas, block combination can be used; Each specification is divided into multiple installation forms to meet the requirements of different occasions.
2. Selection parameters and selection principles
(1) The main technical parameters for selecting a bag filter are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration, and humidity. According to the maximum values of air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration in the process design, based on the principle of slightly lower than the values in the technical performance table, the corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model
(2) The gas consumption in the table refers to the situation when the factory supplies gas centrally. If an air compressor is used separately, the gas consumption in the table should be increased by 1.5 times.
(3) The air consumption listed in the compressed air consumption column is the maximum air consumption of the equipment model.
3. The equipment appearance, foundation, material feeding and discharging crushing, and fan installation method can be designed according to the user's site conditions to meet the user's requirements for the appearance of the dust collector.
