1. Indicator
The multifunctional position indicator comes with a NAMUR standard installation slot, which facilitates the installation of various accessories such as valve positioners, limit switches, etc.
2. Output shaft
The high-precision integrated gear output shaft is made of nickel plated alloy steel and complies with ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR standards. Customized sizes can be made according to user requirements, and stainless steel material is available for selection.
3. Cylinder body
STM6005 extruded aluminum cylinder body can be treated with surface treatments such as hard oxidation, epoxy resin spraying PTFE coating, or nickel plating according to different requirements.
4. End caps
The material of the end cap is die cast aluminum alloy, coated with polyester, and can be treated with metal powder coating, PTFE coating, or nickel plating. The default color for the end cap is matte black, and the shape and color can be customized according to user requirements.
5. Piston
The double piston rack is made of cast aluminum hard oxidation or cast steel galvanized treatment, with symmetrical installation position, quick action, and long service life. Simply reversing the piston can change the direction of rotation.
6. Schedule adjustment
Two independent travel adjustment screws on the outside can conveniently and accurately adjust the opening and closing positions by ± 5 ° in two directions.
7. High performance springs
The combined preload spring is made of high-quality materials, coated, and pre pressed for assembly. Has strong corrosion resistance and long service life. Capable of safely and easily disassembling single acting actuators, by changing the number of springs to meet different torque output ranges.
8. Bearings and guide plates
Adopting low friction, long-life composite materials, avoiding direct contact between metals, and making maintenance and replacement simple and convenient.
9. Sealing
O-ring seals are made of nitrile rubber at room temperature and fluororubber or silicone rubber at high or low temperatures.
