The M7340 series horizontal axis circular table surface grinder is a new series of shaft circular table surface grinders developed by our company through the inheritance and absorption of grinding machine structure and manufacturing technology. The overall layout of the circular table with a diameter of Φ 400- Φ 1250 adopts a layout where the worktable rotates on a moving carriage, the carriage moves longitudinally back and forth on the bed guide rail, and the grinding head moves vertically along the column for feed. The workbench can be adjusted by ± 3 ° for grinding concave or convex surfaces, achieving workpiece grinding with internal and external cone requirements. This product is suitable for grinding precision parts in tool manufacturing and mechanical manufacturing such as circular parts, valve plates, saw blades, milling cutters, etc. It can be widely used in tool factories, bearing factories, air compressor factories, and general machinery manufacturing factories for precision part grinding and processing.

The electrical part of the machine tool adopts PLC programmable control, with a high degree of automation. The feed system has a grinding head for vertical automatic feed. Quick feedback lifting, feed parameter pre selection zero position stop size control, spark free grinding, worktable demagnetization protection and other functions. Easy to operate, the rotating motion of the workbench and the reciprocating motion of the workbench trailer are driven by a variable frequency speed regulating motor.

The worktable trailer moves back and forth, driven by a toothed belt pulley and ball screw. The worktable rotates through a reducer and has a variable speed function for cutting in. It can automatically switch between different speeds and longitudinal feed rates according to changes in the grinding diameter of the workpiece.

The grinding head spindle is supported by multiple sets of C-grade rolling bearings at the front and rear, and is directly driven by a built-in or paired motor, with good contact rigidity and high rotation accuracy. In addition, there are high-precision dynamic and static pressure grinding heads available for selection. The feed system adopts a hydraulic ratchet mechanism, which can achieve both motorized and manual feed, and is easy and flexible to operate. The circular guide rail of the workbench adopts throttling static pressure guide rail and static pressure sliding lubrication method, which has good shock absorption and smooth operation.
