Product Description
M512 centrifugal machine
Description:
M512 centrifugal machineIt is a manually cleaned basket centrifuge used to separate suspended solids from process liquids. Some functions of centrifuges include:
The standard centrifugal bucket is a precision machined aluminum component that has undergone hard anodizing treatment, including a stainless steel feed cone and impeller mechanism to achieve maximum separation efficiency. The movable standard bowl liner is made of durable 100 mil ABS plastic and includes a bowl liner lifting tool that can easily remove separated sludge cake bowl liners. The price of replacing plastic liners is reasonable, making the parts an economical solution that can accelerate cleaning speed and reduce downtime. Comes with spare bowl lid SHCS and hex wrench.
The centrifuge options include:
Stainless steel centrifugal bowl component
Self draining centrifugal bowl/bowl liner stainless steel bowl liner
Complete stainless steel frame
Integrated pneumatic inlet

Cleaning cycle
After a period of processing time, the bowl liner reached its solid holding capacity and the machine was turned off, allowing it to slide to a stop. The hinged chassis cover has been unlocked and opened. After loosening the four SHCS using the provided hex wrench tool, remove the bowl cap from the bottom of the bowl. Use the provided bowl liner lifting tool to remove the liner from the bottom of the bowl. Then scrape the solid off the bowl liner, remove it, and put it back into the equipment to resume operation.
Processing cycle
The dirty liquid is continuously fed into the spinning cup through a 1-inch NPT inlet/feed tube. The incoming liquid travels under the feed cone and enters the drum chamber, where four impeller blades accelerate at full speed and hold the liquid. Then, the liquid flows vertically upward through the filter cup. Particles weighing more than liquid are separated and moved to the periphery of the centrifuge drum, and deposited on the inner wall of the drum liner, forming a dense solid cake that becomes relatively free of water under accelerated gravity. The clarified liquid flows out through the central hole on the bowl cover, enters the cupboard, is collected here, and is discharged through a 3-inch outlet accessory.
