M-20B moisture detection instrument

The M-20B halogen rapid moisture analyzer is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument. The annular halogen heater ensures that the sample is uniformly heated during high-temperature testing, making the sample surface less susceptible to damage and drying quickly. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and displays the percentage of lost moisture in the sample in real time. After the drying program is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, its detection results have good reliability, substitutability, and detection efficiency is much higher than that of the oven method. Generally, the sample can be measured in just a few minutes. The instrument is easy to operate and accurate in testing. The display part uses a red digital tube with clear and visible readings, which can display data such as moisture value, sample initial value, final value, measurement time, temperature initial value, and final value. And it has the function of connecting with computers and printers. This moisture meter can be widely used in all industries that require rapid determination of moisture, such as plastic, rubber, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries in production and experimental processes.
