The YBPX-DGP101 low-voltage fault troubleshooting training device is designed based on the requirements of relevant technical specifications such as the "Electricity Safety Work Regulations" and the "Low Voltage Distribution Design Specification". It is designed according to the "Q/GDW232.33-2008 National Grid Company Production Skill Personnel Vocational Ability Training Specification Part 33 Rural Power Distribution". The device simulates common low-voltage distribution specific wiring circuits, including single and three-phase energy metering circuits, reactive power compensation circuits, motor forward and reverse control circuits, and various motor star delta conversion circuits. Through a certain scale of basic knowledge training and practical skills training, students can meet the relevant skill requirements of low-voltage distribution workers.
·Equipped with a three-level leakage protection device, the leakage protection can be configured for protection settings, residual current measurement, and fault setting troubleshooting training;
·Capable of simulating 400V system faults and the related functions of a certain electrical control circuit fault state or normal state;
·It can assess the trainees' ability to recognize graphics and perform fault diagnosis, handling, and improve their ability to correctly use tools and commonly used meters;
·It has the function of analyzing, judging, handling and training common faults related to system equipment and factory electricity that are frequently encountered by grassroots power supply system electricians, as well as control circuits, instrument indication and measurement circuits, three-phase and single-phase metering circuits, three-level leakage protection circuits, power tap circuits, capacitor compensation circuits, and motor control circuits of user equipment under the jurisdiction of the power supply station;
·The electric energy metering circuit can undergo anti theft training;
·Be able to observe and measure the faulty equipment according to the requirements of the Safety Regulations, and preliminarily determine the location of the fault. Then carry out power outage, electricity inspection, power transmission, installation of grounding wires, hanging of signs, and installation of barriers correctly;
·Based on the provided circuit schematic, analyze the relevant problems, faulty components or circuits, and handle related accidents;
·It can automatically set multi-level fault points for convenient training, practice, competition, and assessment.
·The automatic control function of the device is set by the teacher or examiner through PC software to directly click on the corresponding fault point in the schematic diagram for setting, which is simple, fast, clear and has a high degree of intelligence. A single computer can control multiple program-controlled assessment devices online, making it convenient for instructors to set faults and time exams uniformly, ensuring the fairness and rationality of assessments;
