DESCRIPTION
Shilin air-cooled industrial water chiller series gathers the essence of domestic and foreign products, adopts modern advanced technology to manufacture high-quality and beautiful appearance. At present, the cooling capacity of the product is 1234Kca/hr (0.6HP. 120HP). S, which can be widely used in plastic machinery, electroplating, plasma spraying, workshops, hotels, chemicals, hospitals and other industrial fields.
compressor
Selected original imported fully enclosed reciprocating/vortex compressors. Good performance, high energy efficiency, and low noise. Depending on customer needs and cooling capacity, single or multi machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.
condenser
The condenser is equipped with efficient slotted fins and internally threaded copper tubes, which have high heat exchange efficiency, good stability, and are easy to clean and maintain,
evaporator
The evaporator adopts internal and external threaded reinforced tubes, with threaded copper tubes on the inner surface and smooth copper tubes on the outer surface, resulting in good cooling effect. The evaporator body is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity.
Protector
Protection system devices include; The unit is equipped with phase loss protection, reverse phase protection, power overvoltage (undervoltage) protection, overcurrent protection, compressor motor overheating protection, start-up delay protection, chilled water temperature too low protection, cooling temperature too low protection, cooling temperature too high protection, exhaust pressure and suction abnormal protection, power on/off password protection, etc.
Computer control system
Shilin Company has developed a training intelligent PC or PLC computer control system that can be remotely monitored and controlled. Easy to operate, connect the host to the power supply, low failure rate, safety factor training, and easy installation. The system control can be adjusted in real time, intuitive and reliable. The operation and management functions of the controller mainly include startup control program, energy regulation program, shutdown control program, fault shutdown and business recovery startup program, etc; All programs are independently developed by our company, and our control program structure is optimized. It has the characteristics of short startup time (reaching 100% output in 5 minutes), comprehensive control functions, complete protection functions, user-friendly human-machine interface, and easy operation (multiple program running modes). The standard configuration displays the operating status of the unit through text and controls the unit through buttons, with a quick one click power on/off function. The computer controller has multiple operating modes, such as constant water temperature operation, program operation, and artificial intelligence program (this configuration is an option) operation. The computer controller of the unit is equipped with functions such as chilled water pump, cooling fan, and interlock control.
box
The box board of the unit is precision machined by CNC punching machine and sprayed with electrostatic powder. After high-temperature baking paint, the milky white exterior color is luxurious, beautiful, corrosion-resistant, structurally sturdy, and durable.
