The Lovibond color standard is widely used in transparent products, including oils, liquid chemical reagents, and syrups, as well as for measuring opaque samples such as fats and gelatinous substances. Modnel F's advanced Lovibond visual colorimeter adopts the Lovibond chromaticity standard that has been in use for a hundred years, and its leading modern process technology improves the traditional visual colorimetric method. The Lovibond chromaticity standard is based on a series of precisely calibrated colored glass filters, including red, yellow, and blue, with colors ranging from light to dark. Various combinations of colored filters can match almost all sample colors.
2、 Principle Introduction:
The Lovibond Model F visual Lovibond colorimeter is designed based on the optimized application of Lovibond glass color chips. The instrument adopts uniform lighting conditions to avoid external environmental interference. The sample colorimetric dish is placed in the eyepiece to observe two adjacent fields of view, namely the sample viewing area and the color disc viewing area. By dragging the color palette (red, yellow, blue) to compare with the sample color, a neutral color palette can be used to adjust the brightness of the sample if necessary. When the colors match in the left and right fields of view, read the color chart value and represent the measurement result as Lovibond RYBN value.
3、 Stable performance and easy maintenance:
The Lovibond Model F visual Lovibond colorimeter is a precision optical instrument that should be kept clean to ensure good measurement accuracy. Carefully designed, even in harsh operating environments, the instrument is easy to clean and maintain at a low cost, saving time and effort. If the sample accidentally spills, the inner lining of the measuring tank can be easily removed for quick cleaning. To ensure measurement accuracy, it is recommended to regularly replace the white measuring groove lining. If necessary, individual color chips can also be cleaned or replaced. Model F is not only used for transparent sample determination, but can also be used for color analysis of opaque solids, powders, pastes, etc. (with the option of upgrading the solid sample testing package).
