This automatic tuning desktop controller can simultaneously monitor process temperature and set point values on two large-sized LED displays. After entering the set point, the automatic tuning function will automatically adjust the proportional area, rate, and reset. This controller can be manually set for customized control. For more complex processes, the ramp and soaking functions can provide up to 56 individual programmable segments. The controller is also equipped with a universal input port, status indicator lights for indicating output and alarm conditions, programmable alarms, mode termination function that allows the program to run infinitely, and SPDT relay connected to an audible alarm with adjustable volume| The built-in security system can prevent the set points and alarm values from being accidentally or arbitrarily changed. Non volatile memory can retain parameters in the event of a power failure. Can be compatible with MODBUS ® The built-in RS-485 port of the ASCII/RTU communication protocol is used to program and remotely monitor the controller. An optional RS-485 to USB converter can be ordered to easily connect to any computer with USB functionality.
