Introduction: LoRaWAN wireless pulse water meterIntegrated water meter (gas meter) measurement and wireless communication functions, used to quickly transform mechanical water meters with pulses into LoRaWAN wireless remote water meters. Adopting chip level RF module ASR6500S, as well as a microcontroller (HC32L170) for metering and wireless use, to ensure high performance while reducing system power consumption and cost. Technical parameters:
Measurement method: 1. Dual reed switch measurement: 0.5 second interval sampling signal, without forward and reverse measurement function, supports magnetic interference detection, recommended to be used together with one-way check valve; 2. Three reed switch measurement: 0.5 second interval sampling signal, with positive and negative measurement functions, supporting magnetic interference detection; 3. Dual Hall/Reluctance: Constant power interruption sampling signal, without forward and reverse metering function, supports magnetic interference detection, recommended to be used with one-way check valve; 4. Triple Hall/Reluctance: Constant power interruption sampling signal, with forward and reverse metering function, supporting magnetic interference detection; 5. Non magnetic sensor: Sampling signal with constant power interruption, with positive and negative measurement function, not affected by magnetic interference. At present, the usage range of LoRa remote water meters is relatively small, accounting for about 5% of the overall share of smart water meters. Most of them are using prepaid water meters, or ordinary wired and wireless remote water meters, GPRS water meters, etc. However, with the passage of time, LoRa smart water meters are playing an increasingly important role due to their low cost, long transmission distance, and large capacity. LoRa communication technology is an important component of the new generation of information technology and a crucial stage of development in the era of informatization. In today's rapidly developing internet, only IoT solutions that integrate multiple technologies can provide users with better experiences in different application scenarios. |
