Install a two position three-way solenoid valve at the inlet of the emergency shut-off valve air source, and control the valve switch using a remote electrical control console.
1. The valve is in a normally open state during daily operation, and the solenoid valve coil is in a power-off state, without consuming electrical energy. In case of emergency, the gas leak alarm will output an alarm signal to the solenoid valve, which will be powered on to exhaust and automatically close
2. Manually control the solenoid valve (press the red clip) to exhaust, and the valve will automatically close
3. When the staff have dealt with the accident and manually reopened the valve, the gas supply will be restored

Precautions for storage, installation, and use of emergency shut-off valves:
1. When storing, seal all external passages of this valve with plugs or cover plates, and store it in a dry and ventilated room. For long-term storage, regular inspections should be conducted to eliminate dirt, and anti rust oil should be applied to the processing surface to prevent rusting
2. Valves can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines for use. Before installation, remove the dust cover and clean the inside of the valve to prevent dirt from entering the valve body and damaging the sealing ring
3. The emergency shut-off valve adopts the principle of check valve, which can only cut off in one direction. The flow direction of the working medium of the valve is high in and low out. When installing, attention must be paid to the valve markings, and the end to be protected should be used as the valve inlet
4. After the valve is opened for 12-14 hours every day, the valve disc should be promptly closed when the system is not working to avoid long-term compression of the spring and reduce the reliability of long-term use of the valve
5. When ordering products, the flange sealing surface form, pressure rating, and connection standard must be specified
