Components of LNG liquefied natural gas:
The main component of LNG is methane, with the chemical name CH4, and a small amount of other components such as ethane C2H6, propane C3H8, and nitrogen N2. The liquid density is 0.430T/m3, the gas density is 0.688kg/Nm3, the gas calorific value is 9100Kcal/m3, and the liquid calorific value is 12000Kcal/kg. The Huabai Index (W) is 44.94MJ/Nm3. Combustion potential (CP) 45.18. The determination of the composition and calorific value of LNG is an important part of LNG production and distribution, because the buying and selling price of natural gas is directly related to its content. Adding liquid nitrogen to LNG not only affects the calorific value effect of the entire LNG, but also the density of liquid nitrogen is different from that of LNG. ● It has 6 control modules, and the temperature control of each module can be set from room temperature to 400 ℃, with an increment of 1 ℃ and an accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃
Equipped with over temperature protection, if each temperature control system exceeds the set temperature protection value, it will automatically power off to avoid danger caused by temperature loss of control.
