Lightweight insulation brick is a high-temperature insulation refractory material, which is made of refractory clay clinker as raw material, plastic clay as binder, and added with appropriate amount of combustibles or foaming agents. It is formed by a brick press and then sintered. Lightweight insulation bricks are generally used as insulation layers for various high-temperature kilns, serving as insulation materials.

Lightweight insulation bricks, with their high porosity, low bulk density, and excellent thermal insulation properties, are widely used as insulation filling materials for the space between refractory bricks and ketone bodies inside various industrial kilns to reduce heat loss and achieve high energy utilization efficiency.
