The WYCT-450 layered tower filter is a precision filtration equipment developed by our company through the introduction of German product design.

1. High filtering accuracy. A filter membrane is laid on the filter disc, and the material can be directly filtered through the filter membrane without the need for circulation. When special precision requirements are needed, filter aids such as diatomaceous earth can be pre coated on the filter membrane to prevent soil leakage, filter penetration, and filter layer detachment that occur in traditional diatomaceous earth filter machines.

2. No residual liquid. The liquid enters through the central feeding tube, and after filtering, it exits from the periphery of the filter disc.

3. Dry filter cake: After filtration is complete, fill the feed tube with gas to dry the filter cake.

4. Unloading is simple. After filtration, manually unload the filter cake. The operator can throw away each layer of filter cake like carrying a cake.

5. Filter material economy, no need to worry about clogging. The filter material is a 2mm thick filter membrane, which can be reused and has low replacement costs.

6. Clean without dead corners. Each filtering unit is designed to be movable, and each liquid filtering channel can be cleaned, achieving no dead corners and meeting hygiene requirements.
