Series Overview
Ruibiao is designed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 228-2010 "Tensile Test Method for Metallic Materials at Room Temperature", and can achieve custom dot spacing and dot length on the same equipment. Users only need to place a batch of samples in the sample box and start automatic labeling with one click. Due to the use of laser marking technology, the marking accuracy and speed are superior to traditional mechanical or electric marking machines in all aspects.
ThisLaser engraving machine for tensile specimensFully computer-controlled automatic marking, users only need to place a batch of tensile samples in a specially designed sample box, and then start the equipment to automatically run the program. The linear robotic arm will move to the position of the sample box and grab the sample through a vacuum suction cup. After the sample is grabbed by the robotic arm to the bottom of the laser emitter, the computer activates the laser emitter for marking. After the sample is marked, the robotic arm will grab the sample and place it in the sample collection box to complete a single marking. If there are still samples in the sample box, the equipment will automatically repeat the marking process until there are no samples in the sample box, and the equipment program will stop running.
