Large capacity dust diffusion generator
Many applications in research, development, and quality assurance require solid particle aerosols in powders and dust.
For over 20 years, BEG 1000 has been successfully used to reliably disperse non stick powders, such as for generating test dust and flame ash with a size range of<100 nm-200 µ m. The special advantage of this diffusion system is that it can be continuously used with high metrological consistency using BEG 1000A to achieve low mass flow rates of up to 8 g/h, and high mass flow rates of up to 6 kg/h using BEG 1000B. The special built-in components of the smooth conveyor belt in the storage tank, as well as the special spray dispersion nozzle, enable the BEG 1000 to provide uniformly dispersed aerosols with optimal metering consistency.

The powder that needs to be dispersed simply needs to be injected into the storage tank (see Figure 1) The agitator at the bottom of the storage tank ensures even feeding of the conveyor belt. The rake handle and various built-in components in the storage tank can prevent bridging in the dust collector.

The required mass flow rate can be continuously and reproductively adjusted using a controlled drive on the conveyor belt. A uniform and smooth conveyor belt, built-in components in the storage tank, and precision drives on the conveyor belt ensure excellent measurement consistency.
Pulse operation
According to the mass flow rate, the system can operate in "powder"/"no powder" pulse mode, using the "stop" and "conveyor" control buttons as well as an electric timer switch, with a maximum cycle of 5 seconds.
