Operation process

The operator uses a lifting device to lift the material bag onto the upper feeding port of the bracket. After manually opening the packaging bag discharge port, the flow control valve and accompanying vibration discharge device are opened to cause the powder and granular materials inside the packaging bag to fall into the hopper by their own weight. Finally, the bag is shaken to empty it. The built-in fan will recover the dusty gas generated, and the automatic pulse back blowing dust collector will clean the dust at regular intervals. The emptied material bags are sent to the waste bag compressor for processing to ensure the cleanliness of the on-site environment.
