Laboratory leaching column
Laboratory Leach Column
Sepor produces two sizesLaboratory leaching columnUsed for ore leaching testing, made of PVC and stainless steel. It has a stainless steel solution tank with a sampling point, valve, and variable speed pump, which can easily adjust the solution flow rate. All hoses, pipes, valves, and columns are made of PVC. Its design aims to make it easy to use and has the function of testing the leaching ability of ores to recover possible metal heap leaching. The 6-inch diameter chromatographic column system is suitable for leaching tests on ores 1/2 inch or finer, while the 10 inch diameter chromatographic column system is suitable for leaching tests on ores 2 inches or finer. Both columns are equipped with stainless steel handles to assist in column removal.
Product Description:
The laboratory leaching test procedure includes the study of using acids, bases, or other chemical substances to dissolve metal ions. The leaching column can simulate the effect of ore heap leaching in a controlled laboratory environment, making data collection fast and easy. To eliminate any wall influence in laboratory extraction columns, the maximum size of each diameter of the chromatographic column should be followed. The chromatography column with a height of 6 inches and a height of 72 inches, as well as the leaching column with a diameter of 10 inches and a height of 79 inches, are made of PVC, and the solution container is made of stainless steel. A 10 mesh stainless steel screen may cover the drainage plate to prevent fine particles from clogging the recirculation pump. Stainless steel drainage plates are also used to support rock columns. Use a peristaltic pump with PVC tubing to recycle the leaching solution. It is easy to collect samples from the leaching solution to monitor temperature, concentration, density, extraction of precious metals, and adverse elements.
Before insertion, the ore placed in the tower should be screened to determine the particle size distribution for future comparison of recovery rate and particle size. The time required to obtain the maximum actual recovery rate is also an important monitoring factor for determining the leaching rate. Attention should also be paid to any additives, such as lime that maintains a higher pH value. Finally, the consumption of leachate should be recorded for each test to determine the expected leaching rate. Our laboratory chromatography column leaching system makes laboratory leaching testing easy, efficient, and effortless.
