1、 Overview of LY Double Tube Submerged Pump
LY type double tube submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal pump suitable for various industries such as chemical, petroleum, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, environmental protection, etc. It can be used for transporting corrosive liquids and liquids containing a certain amount of solid particles. It is designed by our factory using excellent domestic hydraulic models, and the advantages of LY submersible pumps are high efficiency, energy saving, and stability.
The LY/LYO/LYG series long shaft submersible pump adopts internationally excellent hydraulic models. The pump design and manufacturing are carried out according to the AP1610VS4 type. The pump shaft is supported by the pump cover and sliding bearings inside the sliding bearing body. The upper bearing adopts wear-resistant bearings and is lubricated with lithium based grease. This series of pumps is suitable for transporting various corrosive liquids and clean water, as well as for transporting various types of wastewater containing particles or fibers. The temperature range of the conveying medium for LY/LYO type is -20 ℃~+120 ℃, while the conveying medium for LYG type can reach+400 ℃, and the working pressure can reach 1.6MPa.
2、 Structural characteristics of LY double tube submersible pump
1. The shaft connection structure of LY type long axis submersible pump is safe and reliable
2. The rotor components can be adjusted axially
3. The rotor components are supported by multiple points, ensuring safe and reliable pump operation.
4. Sliding bearings adopt external lubrication or self-lubricating
5. When the pump starts, the impeller is already immersed in the medium, making it easy to start and there is no problem of exhaust or suction
6. Adopting a double ended volute pump body (with a diameter of 80mm), the rotor components are subjected to less radial force, the shaft deflection is small, the sliding bearing wear is small, and the service life is long.
From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
