The LWQ-80A gas turbine flowmeter integrates a sensor and a volume correction instrument, which can directly detect and display the operating condition volume flow rate, standard volume flow rate, and total amount. The LWQ-80A gas turbine flowmeter adopts a powerful new microprocessor with high calculation accuracy, reliable performance, low power consumption, automatic switching between internal and external power sources, and can be used for more than five years with lithium battery power supply. The LWQ-80A gas turbine flowmeter is an ideal instrument for measuring gas in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and civil boilers, as well as for measuring urban natural gas, gas pressure regulating stations, and gas trade.
2、 Characteristics of LWQ-80A gas turbine flowmeter
1. Integrating a flow sensor and a volume correction instrument, it can automatically track and correct the temperature, pressure, and compression factor of the measured gas, directly measuring the standard volume flow rate and total amount of the gas.
2. Adopting digital temperature and pressure sensors and external, with high measurement accuracy and small temperature drift.
3. Adopting precision bearings specifically designed for imported instruments, with high accuracy and good stability.
4. The carefully designed flow channel structure avoids the flow of air between the bearings and improves the medium adaptability of the turbine flowmeter.
5. The unique reverse thrust structure and sealing structure design ensure the long-term reliable operation of the bearing.
6. Adopting a new type of signal generator, it has the advantages of high sensitivity and low starting flow rate.
7. Independent movement design, good interchangeability and easy maintenance.
8. Design a rectifier with excellent rectification performance, with low requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections.
9. By using RS485 interface to form a network communication system, automated management can be easily achieved. The RS485 communication protocol complies with the MODBUS specification.
10. The header can rotate 180 degrees freely, making installation convenient.
