1、 Overview
To meet the needs of the development of sulfuric acid production technology, our factory has jointly developed the LSB series concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump with relevant research institutions, and has been successfully applied in several sulfuric acid plants.2、 Characteristics
1. Develop and select excellent hydraulic models for pumps to ensure stable operational performance and high efficiency in energy conservation.
2. Developing and adopting the most advanced corrosion-resistant materials in China, the overcurrent components are made of XY-21 and XY-31 alloys, and the rest of the parts are made of special corrosion-resistant cast iron, further extending the service life of the pump.
3. Widely draw on the advantages of domestic and foreign sulfuric acid pump structural design, increase the length of the suction pipe, and shorten the length of the unit compared to ordinary submersible pumps at the same depth; Improve the rigidity of the pump unit and ensure stable and reliable operation.
3、 Performance range:
Traffic: Q=10～200m3/h、 Lift: H=15-50m、 Usage temperature: t<125 ℃ (98% H2SO4) t<80 ℃ (93% H2SO4)
