The LLOYD double column floor standing tensile testing machine (for all models in the load range of 100 kN-150kN) combines a variety of features, making it fully suitable for performing complex and routine testing applications. LR100KPlus and LR150KPlus are floor standing machines with a dual column design.
The machine is controlled by a microprocessor and combines world-renowned 32-bit technology for high-precision load measurement and fast data acquisition. The feature is an integrated user interface consisting of a side mounted console with large positive action film keys that allow for complex experiments to be performed through touch buttons. The backlit 4-row LCD display screen displays experimental and setup information, and provides multiple languages and units for users to choose from.
The independent system can store up to 600 test results, selected from 10 programmable test settings. Enter test parameters in a continuous menu driven format using the keyboard.
To enhance flexibility, it can also be connected to a personal computer equipped with optional Lloyd instrument NEXYGENPlus material testing and data analysis software. NEXYGENPlus software is well-known in Microsoft ® Windows ® Provide almost unlimited experimentation and result processing capabilities in the environment.
The high stiffness frame is combined with a crosshead guide system to prevent lateral stress on the sample during testing. The stiffness compensation function of the LR100KPlus machine allows for compensation for any even the smallest deformations that occur during compression testing of the load frame, force sensors, and fixtures of the instrument itself. The crossbeam is driven by double lead screws, a high-precision servo motor, and a DC servo system to achieve a wide range of speeds.
In tensile, compressive, and zero start cyclic force testing, a range of high-precision, replaceable force sensors can also be used. Our diverse range of fixtures and fixtures supports almost any type of experiment. The system is fully suitable for use in production, quality control, education, and research environments.
