Shuanghuan reminds you that our company's LLD-160 pad vulcanizing machine should pay attention to the following aspects during maintenance:

1. The storage and use environment of the dual ring LLD-160 pad vulcanizing machine should be dry and well ventilated to avoid electrical circuits becoming damp due to moisture;

2. Do not use the vulcanizing machine outdoors on rainy days to prevent water from entering the electrical control box and heating plate;

3. If the working environment is humid and wet, when dismantling and transporting the vulcanizing machine, it should be elevated with objects on the ground and not allowed to touch the vulcanizing machine directly with water;

4. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, the manufacturer should be contacted for repair. If emergency repairs are needed, the cover plate on the heating plate can be opened, the water can be poured out first, and then the electrical control box can be set to manual operation. Heat it up to 100 ℃, maintain a constant temperature for half an hour, dry the circuit, and perform belt bonding in manual mode. And timely contact should be made with the manufacturer to replace the entire circuit.

5. When the LLD-160 pad vulcanizing machine is not in use for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half month (set at 100 ℃), and the temperature should be maintained for at least half an hour.

6. After each use, the water inside the water pressure plate should be drained clean, especially in winter. If the water cannot be drained clean, it usually leads to premature aging of the rubber of the water pressure plate and a decrease in its service life;

Shuanghuan reminds you that the accurate way to release water is to do it after the vulcanization insulation is completed and before the vulcanizing machine is disassembled. If water is drained after the machine is disassembled, it may cause the water in the water pressure plate to be unable to be discharged.
