The LFEF series drying machine fiberglass bag dust collector is a new product developed by the Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute of the National Building Materials Administration for the flue gas dust removal of drying machines with specifications such as φ 1.5 × 12M, φ 1.5 × 15M, φ 2.2 × 12M, and φ 2.4 × 16M. This dust collector adopts the new technology of vertical kiln fiber bag dust removal, which won the Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Award in 1989. It is controlled by a microcomputer for chamber back blowing, timed and fixed resistance dust cleaning, temperature detection display, etc., which enables the fiber bag dust collector to operate efficiently and stably in the flue gas dust removal of the dryer. The emission concentration at the chimney outlet is lower than the national standard of 150mg/m3n (which can actually ensure ≤ 150mg/m3n).
The LFEF series drying machine fiberglass bag filter can change bags in different rooms without stopping the machine. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and has low operating costs. It is an effective equipment for solving the problem of high-temperature flue gas dust removal. It has been large-scale serialized and is suitable for purifying high-temperature, high humidity corrosive gases such as mineral heat furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, and rotary kiln tails.
LFEF series dryer fiberglass bag dust collector structure composition:
The LFEF series dryer fiberglass bag dust collector consists of a dust containing gas inlet to a purified flue gas outlet. The main structure consists of an intake pipeline, an intake chamber, a bag chamber, an ash hopper, an ash discharge valve, an outlet pipeline, a reverse air blowing system, and an ash cleaning control system.
The dust collector body is made of all steel structure and designed with anti thermal expansion mechanism measures. The outer shell is made of lightweight rock wool board double-layer insulation, and the outer surface is protected by δ=0.5 galvanized sheet. It is installed using a new process of pulling rivets, and the flower board is formed by cold stamping, rolling and rolling to increase strength and ensure equipment quality.
The dust collector uses specially treated high-temperature resistant fiberglass cloth bags, which have good bending resistance, wear resistance, strength, and thermal shock performance. The fiberglass can be treated according to different flue gas characteristics to meet the requirements of the demand and emission standards.
Working principle of LFEF series dryer fiberglass bag dust collector:
(1) Filtering: The dusty flue gas enters the inlet pipe through the flue and enters the inlet chamber from the upper part. Some coarse particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia, while the rest of the flue gas dust enters the filter bag. After being filtered on the inner surface, it enters the bag chamber and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the ventilation groove, exhaust valve, and exhaust pipe by the exhaust fan. This equipment is an upper inlet, negative pressure operated internal filter fiberglass bag dust collector.
(2) Dust cleaning and automatic control: After the dust collector runs for a period of time, the dust layer collected on the inner surface of the filter bag thickens, and the operating resistance of the dust collector increases. When it reaches a certain value, it is necessary to clean the filter bag, that is, to remove the dust attached to the inner surface of the filter bag by external force, so as to reduce the operating resistance of the dust collector. After the resistance drops to a certain value, the filter bag in the chamber is put back into normal operation.
The entire dust cleaning process is mainly operated through reverse blowing. When the resistance rises to the point where dust cleaning is required, the microcomputer commands to close the exhaust valve and open the reverse blowing valve, compressing and deforming the previously expanded dust removal filter bag under the action of the reverse blowing, achieving the purpose of cleaning the dust adhering to the inner surface of the filter bag. The cleaning ash falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve into the ash conveying mechanism. The entire cleaning process is carried out alternately in different chambers, which does not affect the normal operation of the dust collector.
Scheduled dust cleaning is carried out according to a time program, and each room automatically takes turns cleaning according to adjustable time parameters. The dust cleaning cycle of the dust collector can be set and adjusted according to process requirements.
In addition to the above control methods, there is also a manual control mechanism that can manually perform normal dust cleaning.
