LDSP series low temperature and high pressure spray granulation three-stage drying device is that air is exchanged into hot air through the heating device and enters the drying room, so that the liquid material is atomized into atomized liquid drops under the action of high pressure, and is dried into powder instantly in the drying tower. The partially dried powder continues to boil and dry through the fixed fluidized bed at the bottom of the drying tower. It plays a role in agglomeration, and then enters the vibrating fluidized bed for further drying. After being cooled by the cooling bed in the second half of the vibrating fluidized bed, it enters the vibrating screen and falls into the silo for packaging.
