LDH series horizontal plow blade mixer

(1) Purpose:

The LDH type plow blade mixer (hereinafter referred to as the mixer) is a new and efficient powder mixing equipment innovatively developed by our company. This machine is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, plastic, rubber, fertilizer, building materials, concrete additives, food, monosodium glutamate, salt, feed additives, dyes, metallurgy, mining, etc. for solid solid (i.e. powder to powder) mixing, solid-liquid (i.e. liquid added to powder) mixing, as well as composite processes such as wet granulation, drying, and concentration. It is a multifunctional hybrid device with strong adaptability and wide applications.

(2) Structural features:

The structure of the mixer is shown in the figure, which mainly consists of a transmission part, a horizontal cylinder, a plow blade set shaft, a flying blade set, a discharge valve, a spray device, etc.

The transmission part of the mixer consists of a motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a coupling, a plow shaft, and other components.

The horizontal cylindrical body is used for storing materials, and there are several holes on the body for feeding in and out, as well as observation. The plow blade shaft support seat is fixed on the cover plate at both ends of the cylinder.

The plow blade assembly consists of a plow blade, a plow blade arm, and a spindle. The plow blade is mounted on the spindle by the plow blade arm and is designed as a Haff structure for easy disassembly and assembly.

The flying knife group consists of multiple flying knives, which are directly driven by a secondary motor and installed on the side of the cylinder.

The discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder (except for continuous discharge), used to close and release materials.

The liquid spraying device of the mixer is fixed above the cylinder, and the nozzle adopts an agricultural nozzle with good spraying effect.
