KK650 Chlorine Hydrogen Dual Gas AnalyzerIt can meet the challenge of detecting chlorine and hydrogen in all nitrogen and oxygen (so-called inert gases) in chlorine production plants. It uses an inert material thermal conductivity sensor (thermal conductivity meter) equipped with two detection chambers, controlled by a microprocessor for signal processing, making it a highly reliable and accurate process monitoring device.
KK650 Chlorine Hydrogen Dual Gas AnalyzerIt can monitor all types of chlorine gas plants and has two models, each with different hydrogen ranges and resolutions (see technical parameters). Each model can accurately monitor the process gas from start to normal operation.
KK650 Chlorine Hydrogen Dual Gas AnalyzerWorking principle
Firstly, the thermal conductivity of the sample gas is measured, and then the sample gas passes through a heated reaction tube where hydrogen gas reacts with some chlorine gas. Then, the second sensor detects the thermal conductivity of the reaction mixture. Calculate the hydrogen concentration using the different thermal conductivity coefficients detected in the first and second measurements.
The concentration of chlorine gas is calculated from the thermal conductivity of the first detection while considering the influence of hydrogen gas.
KK650 Chlorine Hydrogen Dual Gas Analyzeradvantage
◆ Sensors are non consumable parts and are not easily damaged. The interchangeability of sensors minimizes downtime. The sensor is not affected by sample gas and environmental pressure fluctuations, and is particularly stable. If the trachea is contaminated, it is particularly easy to clean. ◆ Use alternative gas for verification, with a long verification cycle.
KK650 Chlorine Hydrogen Dual Gas AnalyzerVerification usually requires the use of hazardous gases, and this process must also be carried out by trained personnel. Sometimes, it is necessary to remove the analyzer or sensor from the workshop and take it to the laboratory for testing. KK650 can be calibrated using chlorine gas and chlorine/hydrogen mixture, as well as the following two methods to avoid the use of hazardous gases.Firstly, easily available alternative gases can be used for calibration - argon gas can be used to calibrate the range of chlorine gas, and hydrogen gas in air can be used to calibrate the range of hydrogen gas. Secondly, if you are confident in the analysis results of other analyzers (such as chromatographs) on the sample gas, you can also use process sample gas for calibration. These methods can also be used in combination to verify.
