Under the action of the pressure difference between the liquid at the inlet and outlet of the instrument measurement room, a pair of elliptical gears continuously rotate on the shaft and discharge the liquid. By measuring the number of revolutions of the elliptical gears, the total value of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined.
