2、 Product Overview
The KD-88R heating low concentration smoke sampling tube is suitable for low concentration sampling of flue dust. The nozzle or the whole of the sampling tube adopts a constant temperature heating working mode to ensure that water passes through the filter membrane in a steam state and eliminates condensed water. Automatic smoke and dust testing equipment is required for use, and low concentration sampling of 1-50mg/m3 can also be used for<500mg/m3. Adopting special technology, made of stainless steel and titanium alloy, the sampling medium is built-in, with a total weight of less than 18g. The integrated sampling nozzle (sampling nozzle, bent pipe, filter membrane, support net, compressed aluminum foil) is used, and the sampling head is dried, sampled, and weighed as a whole. The sampling medium is not touched, sampled, or dropped, and the collected smoke and dust amount is closest to the true value. Reducing work intensity will result in more accurate data.
3、 Performance characteristics
1. The filter membrane is placed inside the integrated sampling nozzle and adopts a whole weighing method, resulting in no loss of samples and small sampling errors. The structure is compact.
2. Suitable for measuring low concentrations of particulate matter from fixed pollution sources, with a minimum detection limit of 1mg/m3.
3. Using a filter membrane with a diameter of 47mm to collect particulate matter, in line with international standards.
4. Suitable for measuring hole diameter of 80mm as specified in standard GB/T16157.
5. The sampling nozzle and bend tube are made of titanium as the processing material, which has stable performance, corrosion resistance, light weight, and low self loss.
6. The standard is a 1.5-meter sampling tube, which can be customized in length or titanium alloy material according to user needs.
7. The sampling tube, S-shaped pitot tube, and platinum resistor are integrated in a modular design for the entire machine.
8. The gun head or overall constant temperature heating eliminates condensation water, reduces collection resistance, and prevents condensation water from flowing back.
